Parties
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you and Varry LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) for purchases and subscriptions related to No Kings products and services offered through our shop and checkout (including flows linked from nokingsgame.com).
Orders and pricing
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items selected at the prices shown, plus applicable taxes and shipping where relevant. We may accept or decline orders for any lawful reason (for example, errors in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations). If we cancel a charged order, we will refund the amount paid for that order as required by law.

Shipping and delivery

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW OR AS WE EXPRESSLY STATE IN WRITING, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Disputes
If a dispute arises, we hope to resolve it informally—please contact us first. If informal resolution fails, the Terms of Use describe governing law. Some jurisdictions give consumers mandatory rights to bring claims in local courts; nothing here limits those rights where applicable.
Changes
We may update this Agreement for future purchases. The version on this page at the time you place an order governs that order unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.
