No Kings names, logos, artwork, rules text, software, and other content are owned by Varry LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as we expressly allow (for example, fair personal use of rules you lawfully obtain).
User content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve No Kings without obligation to you, except where law requires otherwise.
Beta and changes
Features (including the online game) may be labeled beta or preview. They may change, break, or be discontinued. We may modify the services or these Terms; we will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VARRY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Varry LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law applies to you by mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
